  • Standard Delivery: 4–10 business days
  • Remote/Rural Areas: 7–14 business days

  • Delivery will be attempted 2–3 times by the courier partner.
  • If the customer is unavailable:
  • The order may be returned to origin (RTO)

  • Reshipping charges will be borne by the customer
  • No refund will be issued for failed delivery due to customer unavailability

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping information.
  • Vermaverse is not responsible for delivery failure due to:

  • Customers must check the package at the time of delivery.
  • If the package is damaged or tampered:
  • Do not accept delivery
  • Record a video/photo as proof
