Cancellation Requests

Requests made after initiation of manuscript review, editing, formatting, ISBN allocation, cover design, platform onboarding, or software development are not eligible for refund.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved at the sole discretion of Vermaverse Private Limited in cases of duplicate payments due to technical errors, inability to deliver paid services, or cancellation requests submitted prior to service initiation. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within applicable processing timelines.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds shall not be issued for change of mind, client-side delays or non-submission of materials, subjective dissatisfaction after delivery, partially or fully rendered services, or failure to review service terms before payment.

Chargebacks

Users are advised to contact Vermaverse Private Limited before initiating chargebacks. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service suspension, termination of agreements, or legal action as permitted by law.
